<strong>Winner</strong><br />Twin turbos have dominated the Vortech Outlaw 10.5 category this year. Brian Carpenter hauled his gorgeous '03 Cobra from Minnesota to compete in the class. He saved the best for last as he nailed down a 7.17 at 206 mph to take the win over hometown favorite Greg Blevins. Carpenter relies on a Steve Petty-built 417ci engine with two 88mm Precision turbochargers.
